All products are made to order. As such, returns are limited to products that arrive damaged or a with a manufacturing error. If you recieve a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please send your order number and a photo of the damage to info@swimbike.run within 30 days of delivery, and we will update you on how to return the product.

Should you wish to return a product for any other reason, please contact info@swimbike.run with your request. We will consider requests where the product is in the same condition as it was when shipped, but cannot guarantee a return will be accepted in every case.
